The plot is particularly attractive to investors as the land is strategically placed within the Super Perelik Project Investment Region, where 255 million euros will be invested to expand upon the existing natural terrain linking the five main villages Smolyan, Chepalare, Gela, Stoikite, Shiroka Luka, with a Skiing related infrastructure where new Ski runs and transportation will be woven between the Rhodope Peaks

The Bulgarian press announced recently that Ryanair had applied to fly in to Plovdiv, this will create much interest and investment in the surrounding areas, having a major effect on the accessibility and wealth of the Pamporovo and Smolyan Regions.
The other huge benefit is the proposal to rebuild and repair the road from Plovdiv to the Aegean Sea making Stoikites' proximity to the Greek Coast less than 1.5 hrs away (90km): close enough for a day or two relaxing in the Greek Sunshine, exploring yet another countries culture from your Stoikite home.
The land shown lies in an area of outstanding natural beauty and one of gradual expansion, mainly due to the local Municipalities desire to keep the rate of development under control.
The new road access to the complex has been drawn up and agreed with the Municipality, the Geographical survey has been completed including bore holes; water and electricity supply have been sanctioned and legally registered.
The site is on a natural gentle gradient creating an automatic terrace, saving much groundwork, several designs have been proffered varying from a combination of Apartments and Villas, or a Hotel and Villas, or a Health / Ski Centre, the potential is endless, there are already other newly built Hotels in the area, bringing a wealth of facilities for all to enjoy. One proposal is for 34 linked Villas and a 5 star Hotel where the apartments could be let or sold.
This picturesque area of the Rhodopes is considered to be even more attractive than Pamporovo itself.
